Besides it wouldn’t make sense to have to spend money to sell your stuff to make money. Also do not attempt to make all the arrangements yourself. You have a group of friends who will be there in a heartbeat just to help you out. Who knows, they may even want to sell things themselves and this way you can have a big shin ding.
Don’t freak out if it rains. What will you do if the cloud shows up during the middle of your yard sale? Well you can either cover them so that your items don’t get wet or put them in your garage if you have one. When you make a sale, have money on you and always have in your possession change because you always get some with no change, but would like your old toaster.
