Chances are, you have a restrained area so go easy on big items. If you do want to sell big items, mention to your clients that you do have them for sale but are not on display for lack of space. Try your attic. Chances are you will not remember the stuff you have there in the first place. Sell those items at a low price.

One final tip is that can be offered is not to mix them items that you want to sell. Cookware does not look good with clothes or children’s toys.
